STAFF TOUR ON 21-05-2022
Tour was being planned and coordinated through Staff Welfare Committee to Mango Medows Kadurthurty, Kottayam District Around 25 Teachers and 8 Non teaching faculty were a part of this tour which commenced on 21st May We gathered in our campus at around 8:00 am. Started from the college at 8:40 am in our college bus , and reached Mango Medows at 10.30 am . We purchased the entry tickets we had a smooth check in and guided by a staff

We felt that we were able to breathe fresh air without any pollution We could find many rare plant species at the park with their common names as well as botanical names displayed.. .Park having activities like pedal boating,kutta vanchi,,Sikara vallomraw boating ,swimming ,fishing, fish feeding, cycling,, archery, shooting ,water wheel ,experience pottery making etc was enjoyed by the staff. We were served with delicious lunch in the restaurant sponsored by our Director Fr Aby Vadukumthala.
However, it was not just the spot visited , but PCON team had a wonderful time travelling as well; as Staff played games,antakshiri sang and danced while travelling The tour was a delightful experience for all. It was an opportunity for all to get a good experience away from academics Tour was also a platform for them to get a taste of local food, and appreciate the beauty , t’s giving a good message to the visitor by inculcating the need to protect our environment. We returned to college by 5 30 pm
