A PINCH TO SAVE ENERGY
The National Service Scheme unit (NSS/FU/PNT/KUHS/2) of Pushpagiri College of Nursing observed A PINCH TO SAVE ENERGY in relation to World Energy Conservation Day from 11th to 17th December 2021. The programme helped to create significance of saving electricity among the volunteers. It also create awareness among the volunteers regarding the conservation of electrical energy for future generation. A total of 50 Volunteers participated in the event. The volunteers celebrated the event by switch off the lights and fans at the peak time from 6.00pm to 6.10 pm and they lighted the candles for 10 minutes. A total of 7 days they celebrated the event. The programme is very enthusiastic for the volunteers.
