WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY ON JUNE 5TH 2018
We the National Service Scheme unit (NSS/FU/PNT/KUHS/2) of Pushpagiri College of Nursing celebrated world environment day on June 5th based on the theme, “Beat Plastic Pollution”. NSS volunteers conducted a workout trend that combines jogging along with picking up plastic from the roadsides, and cleaning the public area in order to create awareness among public regarding this year’s theme.
Moreover , the NSS unit distributed coupons for sapling in and around Thiruvalla,followed by the distribution of around 25,000 saplings by our NSS volunteers and Joy Alukkas team. The saplings were also planted in and around the college premises by our volunteers
