OBSERVANCE OF WORLD PATIENT SAFETY DAY
The National Service Scheme unit (NSS/FU/PNT/KUHS/2) of Pushpagiri College of nursing celebrated WORLD PATIENT SAFETY DAY conducted on 22/08/2023 in collaboration with the Kuttoor Primary Health Centre. The program was held in the community setting of the Kuttoor Graama panchayat. The students educated patients regarding patient safety and their rights. The volunteers also paid attention to the aspects of hygiene, grooming, health aspects in relation to the patient safety and their due responsibilities. They gave health education as well. The volunteers were 25 in all. It was participated by all the volunteers with vigor and enthusiasm.
