The division of obstetrics and gynecology continues to maintain the momentum that it
developed since its inception. Our mission is to provide a meaningful theoretical and practical educational experience for the students, health care providers, maintain the quality and continuity of service through clinical care and emphasize our own professional development through research. The members of the division have particular expertise and interest in innovative educational methodology and clinical quality outcome measures.
Faculty and students in the department of obstetrics and gynecology contribute to a wide spectrum of educational and research programs, in antenatal, intranatal, postnatal and gynecological areas. We are dedicated to improving the health and lives of women throughout the lifespan, by training the next generation of leaders in women’s health care. We extend our exceptional care to women and family through community health progress and school educational programs. At a time of great pressure on resources and workforce its more important than ever that we listen to members and support them through professional development and lifelong learning
