SEMINAR
First group of Nursing Education conducted a seminar under the guidance of 1st year MSc nursing students on the topic Continuing Nursing Education on June 3 ,2022 at 1pm. The keynote speakers are Akhila A, Amritha Anna Biju, Ansalna Ansal, Anargha Salimkumar and Anjana Nair. The audience was second year BSc nursing students and faculty members. The each keynote speakers discussed various topics about Continuing Nursing Education .Keynote speaker Akhila A give introduction to the topic. Speaker Amritha Anna Biju discussed the meaning ,definition, purposes and concept of CNE,recommendation for strengthening nursing and midwifery through CNE is taken by Anargha Salimkumar .The process of CNE (steps of CNE )is explained by speaker Ansalna Ansal, speaker Anjana Nair discussed the topic research in CNE ,aims of research ,areas of research in CNE .and also discussed new trends in CNE. The topic is concluded by speaker Anjana Nair. At the end of session the doubts was cleared by speakers. The programme was informative and it helps to audience to attain more knowledge about the continuing nursing education.
