The College has a democratically elected student union which looks after student welfare through its various programmes. The College Union comprises a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, Arts Secretary, Sports Secretary and Representatives of SNA.
Besides, there are two University Union Councillors who represent the College students in the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) Students Union. The major activities of the union include organizing debates, discussions and talks on relevant issues involving in nursing and health care field, Arts Fest that give opportunities to students to express their talents, Christmas celebration, Graduation day, Sport’s day, Leadership camp, Film fest and the College Day. Staff Advisor and other faculty members assist students in the holding of competitions. University Union supports the College Union in organizing different programmes.
The College Union elections of the 2024-2025 was conducted as per the instructions of Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur, on 02nd June 2025, Monday and new members were elected.
