WORLD BREAST FEEDING WEEK 2023
The National Service Scheme unit (NSS/FU/PNT/KUHS/2) of Pushpagiri College of Nursing celebrated WORLD BREAST FEEDING AWARENESS WEEK conducted on 4/08/2023 to 5/08/23 held in district medical office in association with NHM, IAP NNF, Pathanamthitta chapter. The programme showcased the talents of the student volunteers and they won the 2nd prize in the district for poster in the district. Volunteers participated with healthy team spirit and competition NSS REPORT ON 77th INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS The National Service Scheme unit (NSS/FU/PNT/KUHS/2) of Pushpagiri College of Nursing celebrated INDEPENDENCE DAY conducted On 15 August 2023 in the premises of Pushpagiri college of nursing, Thiruvalla. The program was presided by the director institutions Rev. Fr Aby Vadakkumthala, NSS programme officer of Pushpagiri college of Nursing Mrs. Riti Anne Thomas, SNA unit advisor Mrs. Linju Prasad. The programme comprised of a patriotic vandana by the 4th year volunteers followed by march past of 3rd year students, followed by the flag hoisting and salute taking by Rev. Fr Aby Vadakkumthala who gave the independence day address to the students. The programme included MERI MATI MERA DESH pledge, HAR GHAR TIRANGA selfie and planting of 300 new saplings in the campus. The programme concluded with a theme dance by B.SC 1st year students and vote of thanks by Mrs. Linju Prasad
