
The 61st State Annual Conference, Arts and Educational Competitions – DHANAK 2026, organized by the Student Nurses’ Association of India (SNAI), Kerala State Branch, was conducted as a platform to showcase the artistic, literary, creative and intellectual talents
of student nurses. The programme brought together nursing students from different institutions across Kerala and provided opportunities for healthy competition, learning and
professional interaction.
The theme of DHANAK 2026 was:
“AI-Powered Healthcare: Opportunities and Challenges”
The theme highlighted the growing role of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare and encouraged students to reflect on its potential benefits, challenges and implications fornursing practice.
Date: 10th & 11th September 2026, Time: 8:00 AM onwards, Venue: Renewal Centre, Kaloor, Ernakulam. Organized by: Student Nurses’ Association of India (SNAI), Kerala State Branch.
The conference included various arts and educational competitions, providing students with opportunities to demonstrate their talents beyond academics. The events encouraged creativity, confidence, communication skills, critical thinking and teamwork among the
participants. Students representing nursing institutions from across Kerala participated in the state-level conference and competitions. The participants enthusiastically took part in the various events
and represented their institutions with dedication and confidence.
Dhanak 2026 provided students with valuable exposure to a state-level platform. Participationhelped students develop leadership qualities, stage confidence, communication skills,
creativity and interpersonal relationships while interacting with student nurses and faculty
from different institutions.
