VIMUKTI TRAINING CAMP
The National Service Scheme unit (NSS/FU/PNT/KUHS/2) of Pushpagiri College of Nursing observed a one day shilpashala and training to NSS volunteers against the harmful effects of drug abuse and to discuss about the concerns of legislative concerns and problems related to the same on 17/10/2023. The program had the presence of eminent personalities and was conducted in collaboration with the excise department at the Catholicate College, Pathanamthitta. The bishop of the Malankara Syrian Orthodox Church inaugurated the meeting. The meeting had talks from the excise deputy commisissioner Mr V P Saidali, Adv. Manoj, district judge, Mr Jose Kaleekal. The meeting was having question and answer sessions and also critical thinking sessions with problem based learning sessions. The meeting was enthusiastically participated by all. There were 5 volunteers who participated in the training session to the volunteers of vimukti mission. It was actively participated by all.
