ORGAN DONATION DAY
The National Service Scheme unit (NSS/FU/PNT/KUHS/2) of Pushpagiri College of Nursing observed the world organ donation day on 17 August, 2023 at the Kavumbhagom Primary Health Centre. The volunteers gave a street play and a health education at the PHC. The medical officer of the Primary Health Centre also felicitated the students who took all the pains in educating the patientsregarding the importance of organ donation in saving lives of the patients. The volunteers were 25 in all. It was participated with great zeal by the volunteers.
