NSS REPORT ON WOMEN’S HEALTH AWARENESS DAY
The National Service Scheme unit (NSS/FU/PNT/KUHS/2) of Pushpagiri College of Nursing observed the women’s health awareness day at ST. GEORGE Malankara Catholic Church, Thannithode on 22/07/23. The programme consisted of eminent nurse leaders Prof. Mrs. Renjini devi, Prof Mrs Vineetha Jacob, principal of Pushpagiri College of Nursing and Sr.Deepa OSS, who delivered health awareness sessions for womens health and wellness. It also had health check up sessions which checked basic wellness parameters like B.P, Blood sugar levels, BMI and specific health education was given according to the need of the patients. The volunteers were 25 in all. It was participated with great zeal for the volunteers.
