CAREER GUIDANCE AND PLACEMENT IN NURSING PROFESSION
Internal Quality Assurance Cell and Student Support and Guidance Programmme Cell , Pushpagiri College of Nursing, Thiruvalla and INSCOL , Kochi organized an experience based session on Career Guidance And Placement In Nursing Profession on 31-01-2023 at 2pm. The objectives of the session was to convey knowledge regarding various career opportunities for nurses in India and abroad. The session started with a silent prayer. Mr. Xavier P Prasad of fourth year B.Sc. welcomed the resource person to the session. The session on reflective practice was taken by Mr Aravind, Program Coordinator INSCOL. He discussed and explained various topics like career opportunities in India and abroad, various ways to choose a career abroad, processes and expenditure while choosing a career abroad.. After the session Sr. Mayuka SIC , presented a memento to Mr. Aravind for his effort and time. The participants of the session included fourth year B.Sc. nursing students. The programme concluded at 4pm with a vote of thanks by Mr. Renji George John , Associate Professor, Department of Mental Health Nursing .
